10550 I Street Named CoStar’s 2024 Sale/Acquisition of the Year in Omaha Market

Omaha, NE (March 28th, 2024) – 10550 I Street was named CoStar’s 2024 Sale/Acquisition of the Year in the Omaha market. This multi-building portfolio transaction earned Trenton Magid recognition as a CoStar Impact Award recipient.

Magid represented the seller in the sale of this portfolio which includes three industrial buildings and one office building. The total portfolio measures just over 40,000 square feet and sold for $5.5 million.

In 2017, Magid facilitated the off-market purchase of this property for Total Transit, LLC, the entity behind major taxi cab operations in the greater Omaha area. Subsequent developments saw the sale of the cab company to zTrip and the leasing of the property to H&H Automotive and a national semi truck sales dealer. Despite legal battles, the national tenant continued to fulfill their lease obligations. Finally, after a series of strategic moves spanning six years, Old Dominion Freight Services acquired the property in December 2023.
