Scope of Experience
Trenton joined NAI NP Dodge in 2016. Before joining NAI NP Dodge, Trenton was the Founder and Managing Broker at World Group, a full-service commercial real estate company he built.
Background & Experience
Trenton was appointed by the mayor of Omaha to serve a five-year term on the Omaha Planning Board which started November 2014. He has been a dedicated co-host of the Grow Omaha Radio Show since January 2004, where he and Jeff Beals discuss economic development, urban growth, and commercial real estate development. The weekly radio show, airing on News Radio 1110KFAB AM every Saturday morning from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., features guests from various fields including economic development professionals, real estate developers, government officials, business leaders, and chamber of commerce executives.
Earlier in his career, Trenton served as an Associate Broker at The MEGA Corporation from 1993 to 1997, excelling in commercial real estate brokerage for tenant and property representation across office, industrial, and retail sectors. Notable accomplishments during this period include receiving the President's Club award for outstanding sales achievement in 1996 and winning the listing contest in both individual and team categories in 1995.
Prior to his real estate career, Trenton was President at Magid Entertainment from 1992-1993, where he owned and operated a film and video production company in Woodland Hills, California. Specializing in television commercials, public service announcements, and corporate videos, his clientele included prominent organizations such as The ALS Association, Crittenton Foundation, and the Matthews Foundation.
