Background & Experience

Deb joined NAI NP Dodge as a Vice President in 2010, and was promoted to President in August, 2012. Deb has worked in the commercial real estate market in Omaha since 1991. She has handled lease negotiations with new retail and office prospects on behalf of landlords and has also represented tenants, buyers and sellers. Deb has worked extensively with local, regional and national clients including General Services Administration on build-to-suit and relocation opportunities for government offices in Nebraska & Iowa, United Way of the Midlands, the United States Postal Service, Children’s Hospital, Visiting Nurse Association, First National Bank of Omaha, Norwegian Cruise Line, Omaha Housing Authority, and the Salvation Army.

Education

Deb graduated from Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in business administration.
