Scope of Experience

Charlotte has more than 29 years of property management experience, and has been with NP dodge for more than 24 years. She is responsible for the overall performance of the property management division with multi-family properties and storage facilities, which is comprised of more than 120 employees. Duties also include supervision of the Director of Compliance, who monitors compliance of 13 LIHTC projects in Nebraska and Iowa, as well as submitting quarterly reports to their syndicators, and yearly reports to state agencies. She has also directed 31 successful LIHTC lease ups.
